K. James Construction, general contractors in Perth, Ontario, has an excellent reputation for building well-constructed, attractive homes. We are dedicated to maintaining high customer satisfaction by emphasizing good design, using the most suitable materials and setting the highest standards for our suppliers, sub-trades and staff.
We have built more than 120 homes in Perth and surrounding area since 1981, including recreational and country homes, in both contemporary and traditional styles, ranging in size from 1,100 to 7,000 sq. ft.
K. James Construction continues to keep pace with the rapidly changing residential construction industry through our membership in the Ontario Home Builders Association and the Lanark Leeds Home Builders Association. The many benefits provided by these organizations include construction education and informational seminars which help us maintain our knowledge of current developments in building science.
Through our involvement with the Canadian R-2000 Program, we have acquired and maintained the knowledge required to build the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly homes possible. We are a family run business including a team of four to six managers and tradespeople. We have found this to be a manageable size to maintain the level of quality in residential construction our customers have come to expect.
