As businesses prepare for the rebound and recovery phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, the key to your planning will be a clear understanding of the 3 roles of the business owner and why it is so important to execute these 3 roles (Technician, Manger, Leader) in the proper proportions.  Kevin will explain why it is critical that you are marketing and converting leads to customers as effectively as possible in order to ramp up cashflow and profits ASAP.  Kevin will touch on things that we need to do as business owners while self-isolating, taking full advantage of the extra time to ensure your business is positioned in the best way possible when its time to go live after the pandemic.
